What a session is

A session is a live consultation with an expert, on a video call with screen share and remote control. You book it on this website; the expert sends you the link to join the call by email after your payment is confirmed. This website does not run the call.

Prices and minutes

  • Each level of expertise has a price per minute in US dollars, shown on the rates page and on the booking form.
  • You buy a block of 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Critical Incident Response is sold in blocks of 15 minutes or more.
  • The total is the price per minute times the minutes you choose. It is shown before you pay and again on the payment page.

Payment

You pay on pay.payminati.com, Payminati's payment page. Your card details are entered there and are never sent to or stored by this website.

Top-ups

If the work needs more time than you bought, the expert sends you a top-up payment link for more minutes at the same level. You decide whether to pay it. Nothing is charged without your payment.

Refunds

Minutes you do not use are refunded to the card you paid with. That includes a session that does not take place. To ask about a refund, email operations@payminati.com with the reference from your confirmation email. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your bank.

Your part

Be available at the link the expert sends, and keep backups of anything you cannot lose before changes are made. Never share passwords in the booking form; if the work needs access, the expert will ask on the call.

Your details

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, country and, if you write one, a description of the problem. We use them to arrange and run your session, to send you its confirmation and links, and to keep a record of the booking. Payment details are handled on the payment page, not by this website.
