Why we charge by the minute
A phone that will not back up should not cost the same as a ransomware attack. Per-minute rates let the price follow the problem: six levels, from everyday help to incident response.
You buy minutes before the call and see the total first. If the work needs longer, the expert sends a top-up link. If it takes less, the unused minutes are refunded.
